We had a wood burner fitted before Christmas 2018. Cant praise firm highly enough from advice in showroom to installation. Reece and Max who installed burner were courteous, professional, tidy , very hard working and obviously very good at what they do. We are extremely happy with service and product. Would highly recommend Fireplace By Design .
Excellent customer service. We found what we wanted at a better price than other places and Chris was very helpful with a lovely positive customer attitude and a great smile. We also bought one of the unique pictures sold here as we got our fireplace cheaper than other shops. Thank you for your great customer experience and service.
My parents purchased a new fire and surrounded from Fireplace by Design. The showroom is brilliant with lots of different designs. There were no pushy sales people, just good advice when we asked for it. The survey took place quickly. Duncan, the fireplace fitter, was very efficient and cleared up leaving no mess. I would recommend Fireplace by Design to anyone.
They have some beautiful fireplaces in this shop. They aren't cheap, but not much is these days. They do sell off display models though so there may be a bit if a bargain. Also they can do a fitting service. I may find my bargain yet. It was comfortable browsing as the sales assistants didn't shadow you, but were there if you needed assistance.
